Where does a package go right after shaignhai customs clearance is completed? (1 reply)

A package was sent to Pudong new area postal code 201203 but on the package lable and customs form the postal code was left out; and on May 30, 2017, the tracking shows as "Attempted Delivery Abroad" . The question is where does the package stop right after customs clearance was completed? Is there any phone number of the post office or processing ctr to call? So far the USPS in Alexandria, VA has sent a package inquiry asking to expedite the delivery to the corrected postal code and address. Up to now 6/12/17 the package hasn't moved to the next step yet.

My tracking number is EV015213585CN. I never received the package within the expected timeframe. I had forgotten about it after awhile. I also never received any notices from customs. USPS can't do an inquiry. I fear I waited too long. Is there a way to do an inquiry or trace where the package is? Last posting was that the plane had landed.
