CP429965991CN - Origin Post preparing shipment for 2 months?

CP429965991CN ordered two chairs from AliExpress. One was missing a seat. They said they shipped it, shows it’s left Tianjin 7/21/2022 and arrived in Shanghai 8/25/2022. Then has been sitting in origin post preparation for 2 months now. Seller is useless. I know this can mean they’re putting it on a container and that’s not filled and released yet but for 2 months and 4 months total shipping time now, seems excessive even for AliExpress which I use frequently. Would love any help I can get.

Hi Adrianne,

It's sent by a slow way of China Post. China Post doesn't provide full tracking service for it. You may couldn't get update after August 25. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
