Is there any update for parcel CP421709048CN? The last update was that it has been given to the airline, but then nothing after that. It has been at least five weeks now and the sender said it would take 25-30 days to deliver

Hi Alex,

To my experience, it usually takes about 40-80 days to have update showing it arrives in the Australia after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in three months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

I ordered an item over 2 weeks ago now from China to the UK - it was dispatched by seller very quickly but has been stuck at your processing department for nearly 2 weeks now (no update on tracking since 2nd March!) please can you advise is my parcel lost??
