CP412796450CN Package sent back to china ?

Dear reader
For quite a long time one of our parcels ( tracking number CP412796450CN) send from China to the netherlands seems to be lost, or at least we didn't receive any information.
We have search on the website from China Post service, and finally we've found the package, however it seems to sent back to Shanghai on october 21.
Even the dutch postal service could not track the parcel.
Can you see where this parcel is at this moment, and if it was send to Shanghai again, can you tell me the reason ?

It was returned back to the seller and the seller has got it on Nov.3. You need to contact the seller to help you check the reason of return and get a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
