The reason I get from tracking information is that this machine is not allowed to be imported to China. So, it's returned back.

i brought this beauty machine from guangzhou 美博城not even 1mth, now the machine can"t function at all.
so mean u r telling me that brought machine from china yet cant be send back for repair?

Yes, it couldn't be imported to China. Better ask for compensation from the seller.
