Cp197254286cn Left Beijing 11/2/2016, no info since then. What do I do now?

This package will be handed over to Ukrposhta to deliver it to you. At present, it shows there is some problem for Ukrposhta to connect China Post tracking system, so there is no information after it shows it left Beijing on Nov. 2. You can call Ukrposhta to ask them if they have received the package. I'll check it for you later.

Still nothing after Nov. 2nd. Ukrposhta says they have not received it. Is it possible to find the package and what's the procedure for filing an official complaint? Thank you.

You can call 11185 to make a complaint to China Post. But I think there is no need for you to do so. For the package from China to Ukraine, it usually needs more than a month to reach. I think they will not respond to your complain.
