Hi, why EMS courier doesn’t call before the delivery? On tracking website it says that delivery was attempted on 2th of may and now the parcel is held at the office. Why no one called before the delivery? People don't sit next to the door 24/7 to get the parcel. How to get it delivered again? Thanks

According the Tracking Record of 17TRACK the ORDER #CH3604 seems DELIVERED since 2024-08-07 16:41 !!!!

Until this moment Thursday 2024-08-24 14:00, I personal haven’t received anything, so I’m trying to get in contact with somebody of the Courier's company,
but I can’t find who is the Courier company who made the delivery, it is not written in the Tracking list that I’m sending you.

Could you be so kind to indicate me the name and the tel number of the Courier that the China Post has used for the specific Delivery?

Hello. In January I went back to my homecountry and left half of my clothes at the dorm in China. Now I need to get them back through postal service. How to ask China Post to send a courier to pick up my staff at the university and how much it would cost me? By the way how to clarify to them that I need an ordinary parcel delivery (not the express one) by Sea and Land? I've already checked the price from China to my homecountry but I couldn't find any information about the price for calling a courier. And is it possible to order it online?

P.S.: I don't speak chinese :(
