Hi I am trying to track my parcels and it is showing all unknown . I was try to contact with seller and he said it take some time but it already one month done I don’t understand what can I do.

The seller should use the cheapest way to send them. China Post don't provide tracking service to them. So, you couldn't get tracking information for them. If you couldn't get them in time, contact the seller to give you a solution.
