Hi did my parcel get delayed because of Coronavirus? It has been a month in transit and still didn’t arrive at destination country? When can I expect an update or a delivery.

Sorry I forgot tracking number RE020339549CN did it get delayed is it in Saudi Arabia estimated update or delivery please Daisy

It should be already in Saudi Arabia, but it may be delayed due to the coronavirus and stuck at the customs. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Hi I’m waiting on two parcels to be shipped to the uk one has been in transit since the 16th April and the other 26th April how much longer will I have to wait to receive or has it been lost as my seller told me no longer than 4 weeks and no updates have been given since last month... many thanks
