Sorry, we are only a tracking platform. We couldn't know the delivery address for it. You need to let the receiver contact China Post by calling service number 11185 to check directly.

Can you confirm if it was actually signed for once delivered because the company where it was supposed to be delivered to confirmed that it never arrived. Moonosa is the clothing company I ordered from and they’re requesting a certificate from USPS to confirm the status of the delivery of package. Please can you respond as soon as possible I’m a bit exhausted with going back and forth with this clothing company.
