Hi, if I have a supplier in guangzhou, can she contact you to have parcels picked up? We deal in volume so the pick up of 5 pieces is not a problem.

Yes, you could let your supplier in Guangzhou call 11185 to contact China Post to pick the parcels at his place.

Hi, my supplier called in, a eBay account is required, is that true? If so can you guide me through the process?

Hi Chris,
I think if you use China Post international small packet air service to send your parcels, they could offer pick up service without an eBay account. If you ask for ePacket (EUB) service to send, they require you must have an eBay account because only eBay sellers could enjoy the ePacket service. If they couldn't pick them up at door, you can only let your supplier to take them to the post office to send.
