Complaint for the undelivery of a parcel/Letter (tracking ID No EB021215611P)

Dear Sir,
My name is AFTAB AHMED. I want to inform you that a registered parcel sent by me to the address of destination country “A103, Main Building, Admission Office Beijing Normal University No.19 Xinjiekouwai Street, Haidian District, Beijing, China” to China three week ago by EMS, has not been delivered yet. When I check its status by Tracking No which shows that parcel hold at the point of delivery in destination country. It was issued from the Gatron (Industries) Limited, Plot # 52 K.P.T Oil Area Keamari Karachi dated 16 April 2021 with EMS tracking ID No EB021215611PK. Although, I told several times to the officials of postal department to immediately and expedite its delivery to the recipient before April 2021, so that I shall not suffer. It is therefore, request to your kind honours that if you kindly make an early enquiry into the matter and send my parcel to receipient as soon as possible or Tell me the current status / any information regarding my parcel through your delivery system.
For the above act of kindness I shall ever remain thankful to yours.

It was delivered at the mail room self-reference point of Beijing Normal University (师大收发室自提点) on April 23. You need to notice the receiver to pick it up there as soon as possible. China EMS has sent the receiver the notice. He may doesn't see it.
