Good afternoon, I come to make a complaint of a wrong order I received, I paid for two geox sandals of child and received some oculos ray ban.

i received a parcel with a pillowcase in it, i did not order this item. It came from Han Jie, Zhongtian cheng xun, 36-3-19 Majiabac west road, Beijing 100068. phone- 15321513687
I ordered a range finder from China and was received a tong from the same supplier with the same address as above. They say they will only refund me 30% and required me to send back the goods with my own cost.
I am a Singaporean Chinese and I have a lot of respect for Chinese people but with these scammers around creating a bad image for Chinese people is a shame. You guys should report to the police and get these scammers out from the global market.

Where did you make the order? Open a case from that platform or ask for a charge back from the credit company or bank.

I order from Shoes Boxes.ca. I try to email many many time but I didn't received their reply. I think they shipped the order from China. But I find that no any platfrom (only have the email) in their website I can contact them or get any complaint. Please advise I need how to do??
