Complain delivery Man Xu Jing Wu

Good day to you. Firstly , kindly informed that My parcel no. 402392977SG had been collected on today 18th July by my received himself.
I write in here to raise my complain to your delivery man Xu Jing Wu , due to last Friday on 15th July , i was called him from Sg to his personal number provided by tracking list ( i have all phone call evidence with me ) his attitude is truly bad and raise up his voice ask me fly to Guangzhou take back the parcel by myself , due to the receiver no identity card and uncontactable. the true story was he never call my receiver at all but report back officer my receiver was uncontactable, i was told him nicely my receiver is waiting for his call to arrange the delivery timing with his identity card , but he ignore me n keep said that my receiver no identity card . ( if my receiver no identity card, how his personal can go your Store At 东风西路西厂36号 collected the parcel by himself ?the end they are found out he was hidden my parcel behind the store Staircase never delivery at all .
Please look into this matter seriously and i hope your company can update me what is the punishment your will give this rude delivery man . He was totally broke the China post image and defile the china post service level , i hope you can understanding how am i disappointed as i called him , he was raise up his voice ask me to go Guang zhou collect back my parcel by myself , may i know he have any mentally problem ? I will raise my complain to higher level if no any reply by your site or no any action taken , Thanks .

Sorry, we don't have any right to punish that delivery man. We are only a tracking platform for packages. You need to let the receiver in China call China Post service number 11185 to reflect the problem and complain the delivery man.
