On Tracking, my order No. YZKWL33259283QQ appears delivered on 2023-09-15 16:01 In my country (Romania) I could no longer track it because this tracking number is no longer valid. I am fighting with the sellers through messages to- return my money, but they always lie to me, promising to return it. I've been waiting for 2 months and I'm nervous. I can't do anything because I can't access their website anymore and I don't have any documents from them. Not even an invoice no order confirmation. Everything disappeared without a trace!! What else can I do???

The seller uses Kangzhi Yuan Logistics to ship it. It shows delivered on Sep. 15. You need to require the seller to check it for you through contacting this courier. Only he can require to open a case to the courier to check.
