Want to know who delivered the item on the 12th January,2024 as it says it was delivered at 17.39 but never received it. As you are the main carrier you have an obligation to tell who was the shipper in Australia.
An update as soon as possible would be appreciated as there seems to be confusion between yourselves and the delivery company.

Hi Daisy,
Problem is, the seller has not replied to any of my emails and as you are the last people to handle the package, can you contact Australia post as obviously, they do the deliveries for your business so that way you can get the signed copy of delivery.
It never arrived here so we need to know where it went.

According to the tracking information, AM214347997CN was delivered on 12th January. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Australia. Then, use the number to check with Australia Post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
