Cleared but not delivered

Good afternoon, please can you advise when my package will be delivered. It has not moved for 11 days. My tracking number is AT538460274CN. I need this for next week and might need to order something else if this does not get delivered in time.

Hi Richard summers,

It's in UK now. You'd bette wait for more days to see if it moves. If it's stuck for a long time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
