I am waiting for arrival of a piece of luggage, number LZ551026840CN.
I contacted It is actually now regarded as lost luggage in my understanding.
I repeatedly contacted postnord office, but they clearly said that
only the sender can, and should contact to chinapost first.
Then I contacted the sender, but the said that they cannot claim when the marchandise is less than 150 euro.
I dont know about 150 euro rule, however, the postnord officer said
that in general the sender can, and should claim to chinapost.
Then, could you contact postnord?

Sorry, we are only a tracking platform and couldn't help you deal with the package. You have the right to ask for refund from the seller if you couldn't receive it in time.

My package has been stuck since 18th November at heathrow.
Seller says it is buyers responsibility to claim as it is in the uk and won’t refund LZ442736401CN
