Chinese sender can't prove that he posted the item I bought

My package (tracking nr.: RV550428095CN) didn't arrived to me. I made an official compliant to the Hungarian Post Office. It states that they delivered a 25 g package in my post box. I never saw it. I bought two scanners, so it must have been heavier than 25 g! Can you officially prove exactly what weight the package had. If it was only 25g, the Chinese seller didn't sended me the items and I can make a compliant. If it was more than 25 g, the Hungarian Post is responsible.

Sorry, we couldn't know the weight of the package. Only the seller could provide you with the proof of the shipping information. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask. If the seller doesn't reply you, you can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
