China Recipient Address Correction

Hello,
We are the sender of 2 packages with tracking numbers:
CJ499878115US
CJ499878279US

The recipient address in China, needs to change (GungDong to ShanDong) as follows: from:

zhang huaxia
Shuxiang Mingdi Community, Xuzhuang Street, Rencheng District, Jining City, Guang Dong 272000, CN

to:

zhang huaxia
Shuxiang Mingdi Community, Xuzhuang Street, Rencheng District, Jining City, Shan Dong 272000, CN

I have a package with a tracking order of LW507918374 whose address needs to be changed to 950 Summit Ave, Apt 3A, Bronx, NY, 10452. This has order was originally cancelled can you please make the necessary adjustments please

According to the tracking information, there appears to be an exception in the delivery process, as no recipient was found.
I think it might have to do with my address being incorrect. The house number might not have been on the recipient. How do I contact china post on this matter? Is it only by +861011185 or is there also an email contact available? My local postal service is not able to help me out, unfortunately.
