It's sent by SUNYOU Express. It arrived in your country on Feb. 19. You need to contact the seller to ask if there is another tracking number to track it when it's in Turkey. If it couldn't be delivered in time, you need to let the seller give you a solution as soon as possible.

Seller has only provided fed ex tracking number. So tracking will not show any overseas movement. It will only start showing updates once package clears us customs and fed ex receives package. I have asked seller multiple times for China post tracking number which they keep replying back stating that my tracking number is fed ex tracking number.
