China Post Tracking number not found

I've ordered from ebay two different things, and the seller gave me this two tracking numbers, but i can't track them.
Please help.

Hi Cosmin,

The ebay seller just uses the cheapest way to deliver your packages.

Tracking number of this format belongs to China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. It's not registered so China Post doesn't provide tracking and compensation service for it. No one couldn't track it including the seller. You can only wait.

This kind of packet also takes a long time to reach your country, in most cases 2 months or more. It's also easy to be lost. I remind you if you couldn't receive it within two months, better open a dispute to ebay as soon as possible to ask your money back or you will get nothing.

My problem with the exactly tracking number the seller given this number WUYOU1111231702 but this number not work with my country post my issue now I lose my parcel because of the number tracking. My pack says it's been delivered to Durham NH. I have checked with my local post office. However, they don't have it. My irder was shipped on Feb 19, and it shows not found. It is now Mar 9, and It still shows as not found. When will it be found, and when will I receive it? I swear every time someone uses this service to ship it gives me hassles.
