Hi Mr. Lau,

There will be update when it arrives in the US. It should be reached in middle September. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

I sent package to China & have tracking info. #LH150423897US. Now it is being held in customs in Hefei A, China since Sept. 30, 2021. Last notice said pending declaration by recipient to customs, I have no idea what that means. Is there someone or something I need to do to so that my package can be delivered & I can then get my refund for returned items. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Seller has only provided fed ex tracking number. So tracking will not show any overseas movement. It will only start showing updates once package clears us customs and fed ex receives package. I have asked seller multiple times for China post tracking number which they keep replying back stating that my tracking number is fed ex tracking number.
