China Post to US

I had ordered a Mattress and the tracking number provided by China Post shows that it reached to US but it doesn't show if it reached to my house. So I am not sure if China Post will deliver it all the way to my house or will a local carrier transfer it to my house once it reaches to US, since its been a month it shows the package reached US but i haven't received the package yet.

Hi Abdull Wadood,

Adter it arrives in the US, it's shipped by USPS. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I have only 3 updates on China post package China to US from April 2 (4 replies)

It is now April 16. At one point it said China Post and USPS, now it only says China post. Last update Despatch from Sorting Center 2 aoril 2020 at 19:48 . Has it left China?
