My tracking status shows that my package was delivered on January 23 but I have not received anything. The following is my tracking number it’s coming from China EMS or China Post.
AM691990493CN please help me with this

Dear China Post,
I have ordered an item on AliExpress and it has been shipped to me by China Post. The tracking number is AT558879198CN .
Somehow in the system it is shown as Delivered (first on December 4, 2024. Then delivered again on December 9, 2024 which is quite strange with two delivery dates). However, in reality is has unfortunately not been delivered, and I have not received it. I do not know where that package may be at this time. The seller on AliExpress recommended that I contact China Post so that you could initiate tracing the package.
Could you please trace the package to see where it might be at this time, because I have not received it?

Two packages are claimed to be delivered yet they were never delivered. (1 reply)

I have a couple of packages marked under China post that are claimed to have been delivered yet nothing was delivered. I contacted China post by ermail no reply. I contacted the business by email no reply. It mentioned China post to USPS no record found from my local post office of such tracking number that exist. No one responds: so how do we communicate with China post to confirm or to investigate? Here are the two tracking numbers: AG679502983CN & AG679210367CN it says it was delivered sucessfully? Where, When, to Whom?

I haven’t received my package for over two months. I tried to track it via Royal Mail and China post tracking however it says “delivered” to unknown destination which I assume is ‘China postage services” . When it arrives in my local post office do I have to pay a fee, but from what I know it’s meant to be delivered to my house . The company I ordred it from hasn’t replied to me. My order number is LZ812345601CN . Please help as I am concerned . Once it’s received / delivered as it says by China post how long shall it take
