China Post SAL Shipment Major Delay since July

Ordered some stuff using China Post. My tracking has been stuck on Arrival for 4+ months now. Last update back in July 10th, my agent has told me to continue waiting.

Tracking Number: CY008839802CN

Can anyone tell me if its lost, or what steps to take ?

Hi DaBabyFan,

It's sent by a slow way of China Post. China Post doesn't provide full tracking service for it. You may couldn't get update now. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't receive it three months, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
