China Post Lost My Package

My package has been stuck in Guangzhou for almost 2 months now. I called the official number in China about this and they sent me a message said that they already manage this problem, BUT three weeks later, my package still stuck there not moving it doesn't update anything at all. My other package already arrived a month ago, My belonging inside the package is so important to me and I trust this company to send it back, I can't believe that China post service will be this bad I'm so disappointed.
