China post EMS to USPS

I've been tracking package LS348940782CN with confusing information. It was sent china post EMS and it says airline departure on 5-28-20, however on the USPS side it says that it says that origin is preparing to send shipment. Also it was supposed to be sent EMS and it is a large package because it is a swimming pool, yet on USPS it says it is internation mail and that it is a small package. I am thoroughly confused. Can you please confirm some details and when I should expect shipment. Thank you Daisy. Sincerely, Lisa

Well, that is really disappointing information since the item that I ordered was a large swimming pool. It should definitely be more than 2 kg. I think I was scammed and am having a hard time reaching the seller. Any suggestions? Thanks, Lisa

It's a package less than 2kg.
It's in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. There will be further update when it arrives in the US. Please wait for another 10-30 days to see. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
