I recently placed an order through DHGATE. Tracking number is: LV725650709CN. However, the update has not changed since 28-03-2023 07:28:00. It says that my package is at customs. I am afraid I will not get my package in, or have to wait for a very long time. I don't know the state of affairs.

I have already sent the seller a message, but he responds very vaguely and does not understand the problem. I have experienced this before with this seller and then my package was sent back to China. So I ordered another package and now almost the same thing happens again.

I would like to hear how this can be resolved because I want to receive my package. I have stress because of this because the seller does not seem to understand me!

My PKG finally says delivered after an extremely long wait however, I didn't get anything. Nothing at all. I don't know who to call or contact. Hello ... I have a package that was shipped through China Post to Canada and then subsequently to our Community Box by Canada Post. It did not arrive as identified on both China Post tracking and Canada Post tracking. In speaking with Canada Post they have advised that they can only investigate delivery issues within 3 business days of the delivery date and that time has passed. So I need to contact the sender as any further action will have to be initiated by the sender of the item. Any ideas how I would open a ticket up with China Post. Thanks in advance.
