Hello. I need to send a parcel from Changsha , China toYerevan, Armenia. Can you tell me the address of the post office in Changsha which can do this, s I entered two of them the addresses of which I found by internet and got
the answer that they only receive the parcels and can't send. And pls. Advise how much will be the rate for sending a parcel with the following dimendions: 40*30*20cm, weight 600gr. Thanks.

I'm sending parcel to KOREA via China Post registered air mail.
But, I have really urgent questions now. Please help me and reply me ASAP.
These days my parcels which I already sent are still in china and hasn't moved, so i'm really worried.
The parcels I sent before which was more than 20 parcels via this registered mail took almost 9 days to Korea. But now... they are not moving.

The parcels which I sent on 11/2 didn't arrive in Korea yet. Only 3 parcels arrived. So I'm really really worried if they lost my parcels or there are some problems...

And even these ones which I sent on 11/9 in 4PX branch are in same steps(已交航空公司运输) with the parcels which I sent on 11/2.
I can't speak Chinese so I need your help. Please talk to them or China post and tell me this situation to me.
I also went to China Post office near my home with my Chinese friend but their staff only told me that this is because of Custom problem.
But I think this step(已交航空公司运输) is after the custom confirmation. right? Custom steps are already processed.
已交航空公司运输 means, my parcels were already given to Air lines. Doesn't it?
But my parcels are not moving...
Please reply me ASAP.
