I had some goods delivered through China Post and the customer has the goods. Does China Post provide proof of delivery documents? I need a copy to show that the buyer has received her goods but the tracking information has not updated since the customer received. How can I get this copy from China Post?

Hi Abi,

What's the tracking number? It should have tracking information from the destination country's post department. For example, if it's delivered to USA, USPS should have tracking result to show it has been got by the buyer in USA.

The tracking number is CX201976027US. It shows that it is still in Customs clearance, but this is not true, the customer has the package already. USPS said that only China Post can update this information and they think China post missed a scan. They have contacted China post but no response. How can I receive proof of delivery ? Can I get this online tracking information updated please?

I have only 3 updates on China post package China to US from April 2 (4 replies)

It is now April 16. At one point it said China Post and USPS, now it only says China post. Last update Despatch from Sorting Center 2 aoril 2020 at 19:48 . Has it left China?
