You lost my parcel and I want it back. It was meant to be sent to a friend but you lost it because you couldn't import it.

I want my parcel back, you made me waste many months you made my friend in China wait for no reason and you couldn't even tell me why it didn't make it, none of your useless parcel services in China. EMS or postal... No one has given a reason why at all!

Give me my parcel back, give it back now. I'll deliver it myself personally when I visit China soon. Your service is useless absolutely useless...
