I sent a package to someone in Beijing. For reason the receiver said that he can't get it. It has something to do with Declaration. Is there a way that I can call China Customs? The receiver told me that he told customs to send it back via Express. I still have not received it. Tracking number CJ537820435US. Do you know how long it could take to get back to me in the US? Thank you.

Hi,

In this cituation, there is no need to call China Customs and China Customs don't reply personal questions. If the receiver has told the cutoms to send it back via Express, it should have a tracking number. Could you ask it from him in order to track where it is now?

Stuck In Customs for 2 Months (1 reply)

Hello, I sent a package through USPS to China back in November of 2021. It has made its way to China, however has been stuck in customs since December 9th, 2021. There has been absolutely no movement and I have no idea how to contact China customs to see what I need to do. My items are not prohibited, so I’m not sure why they are being held. I may need to pay a customs fee but I need help on figuring out how to do so. The tracking number is USPS CJ190449362US.

Package stuck at customs due to lack of invoice (2 replies)

Hi, my parcel tracking no. RC781391135SG has been held by customs. My local (Singapore) postal company said that reason is due to missing invoice of the item. They require the recipient to send them the invoice, but the recipient is a large corporation and seems unwilling to help me respond to customs, and instead sent me the e-invoice for me to forward it to China customs. However, I'm unable to contact China customs, is there any email I can send the invoice to so that they can help me forward my e-invoice to the customs for the release of my parcel? Pleaseee and thank you!
