The next service down is called "Priority Mail International" and tracking numbers start with a C like CX.

Can you tell me the name of the China Post service that uses tracking numbers that start with C?

Also, can you tell me the shipping rate for EMS (tracking number starts with E) and shipping rate for the service with tracking number that starts with C, for a package with the information below?
