Dear Daisy,

Could you check for me that the situation with my parcel which have returned to Australia. It is on it's way since 10th July with no change of location. I wonder is there any possibility to know estimated date of arrival?

Hi Hok,

It takes a longer time (may 30-60 days) to return back to Australia. You'd better wait for more days to get it.

Hello.

Could you help me, please? I can't get my registered parcel since 24/11/2019. Order placed on 11/11/2019 - already 1 month ago. The tracking number of my parcel is RP803144031CN
The destination country is Latvia.
As I can see, this parcel still is in China somewhere in Sorting centre. Maybe, this parcel now is in Beijing - please, check. Please, find this parcel and send to my country as soon as possible.
This is very important parcel. I am waiting long enough.
