Hi everyone, just in case someome reads this PLEASE DON'T LET YOURSELF GET CHEATED by these people. It was everywhere on Facebook and Instagram a few websites with Black Friday OFFERS on Fujifilm mini cameras. The prices where very low, £19 per one, when the actual price is about 60 or £80. I ordered 2 of them for my nieces. I GOT "GUCCI" SOCKS... Socks I DIDN'T ORDER, didn't want and I didn't expect. Please don't order from this thieves.
The "factory's" name is LIUSHUMEI. It has a fake address, I think. * Liushumei 4th floor, 27 Jiangwan Road, Foshan City, Guangdong Providence, Chancheng, foshanshi, gaungdongshen 518000 China* the postcode doesn't even exist.

Ordered Patagonia and received Tom Ford sunglasses. Guess I'm stuck with them.

i also ordered a pair of hunter boots on december 2nd just received my “boots” in a small package december 20th and they were “gucci” socks

I use Paypal for all my Chinese purchases. No get , No Pay.

Ordered 4 pair of winter boots and received a horrible looking "Hermes" scarf of 100% "Cachemire". I suppose I have no recourse and count it as a lesson learn. If it's too good to be true...Anyone interested is a scarf? I'll make you a deal.

I received Tom Ford sunglasses today also. I have never heard of Tom Ford! Checked with kids & they hadn't ordered them. They said they're really expensive brand. Didn't know where they came from. Had my name & phone number on label. Like all of you I googled & got this scam alert. I looked online & realized they were "expensive" sunglasses. I ordered Eddie Bauer clothing from a Facebook link.The prices didn't seem right but didn't figure it out until after the order was placed. After I had placed my order I got an email telling me my order was received. I instantly looked on my credit card acct and there was a charge for $ 139. The order I placed was $ 375. When I tried to go to the website it no longer existed. Called credit card company within 5 minutes of placing order & they put it as fraud & cancelled my card immediately. I got lucky and realize instantly & was very proactive & didn't get scammed. I hope you all don't lose your hard earned money!

I'm not sure how they got my data, but recently I got a message from my bank my credit card was blocked due to hacking of a site I purchased things before. I received the HKD 3,8500,00 Gucci scarf, never ordered anything, luckily I did not pay anything either.

What the hell is this company and how did they get my information. I just received a package of a pair of knock off Tom Ford sunglasses that I didn't order. Behond mad right now.

I received a knock of scarf I did not order but the order I did place has not arrived surely we can do something about this scam as I see lots of people have also been robbed!

I ordered 4 pairs of boots thinking they were from Ariat. What I got was face mask. They kept my money of $112.00. I don't understand how they are getting away everyday from there types of crimes. The mask company name is Lushumet never heard of them nor ordered from them the mask. This is a total scam, please do not let them steal from you.

Ordered western boots for a great price, and received masks instead! I will NEVER order from a facebook ad ever again. Poor me, poor gullible frugal me!

For anyone having this problem, use PayPal instead of your normal bank account as PayPal will refund you if your stuff gets lost, misplaced, incorrectly packed, damaged, or if they just screw you and don't send anything. Do keep in mind that the coronavirus is playing havoc with package delivery in all countries, and anything coming from overseas will take and extra 30-60 days. I'm still waiting on a few items and they both shipped 90 days ago.

For the user saying we should use paypal...in my case, paypal was not an option. I ordered a Lego set from a 'closeout'. I had no idea I was dealing with an out of country company until after the information was provided. I tried to back out of it, could not, sent a request immediately cancelling the transaction and was asked to reconsider, reminding me of the 'good price'. I requested the order be cancelled. (This was in March!) Months later, I receive a fake Givenchy ball cap. I contacted my bank, the original order was located and is being disputed. Don't go through the company. You won't get anywhere.

Thought I ordered cheap toys form an Australian online retailer. Received two pairs of fake Gucci socks.
Thought the website had lock symbol so I though it would be safe.
Go to your bank and and dispute the charge and mention it is a scam.
They mention that the courier has made the mistake when you query on what has happened.
Then they asked you to login to a fake (Fashion? I ordered toys?) website to reorder goods as a replacement as all the items I ordered have all sold out. Did not follow their instructions for obvious reasons. Trying to procure more information or money I guess.
If you google “LIUSHUMEI”, there are other posts of other people who got scammed as well.

Ordered car parts for $65 and got three crappy masks sent under the same name. Looked up original order and sent email explaining the mistake. They apologized and said they would sent the car parts I ordered. Yesterday I received 3 x pairs of "Versace" women's socks! Still working on it but have low expectations and will never EVERY buy anything using the same means. Total Fraud and Theft.

Anche io sono stata truffata ho ordinato abbigliamento stone island nel sito ufficiale, pagata con carta per pagata, ma abbiamo ricevuto 3 paia di calzini. Non so come fare almeno a richiedere un rimborso e a chi rivolgermi. Disastro!!!

Same here I clicked on a fake advertisement from the same people who were advertising as llbean warehouse and gave them $116.00 (they took out $134.00) and I received a fake pair of Oakley sunglasses (that I never ordered) when I should have received 4 pair of shoes and 3 outfits. I can't understand how they can keep getting away with this. The box shows the return address as Liushumei, 4th Floor, 27 Jiangwan Road, Foshanshi, Gaungdongshen 518000 China phone 8615622326174

ho avuto anche io la stessa truffa. ho ordinato un paio di scarpe mi hanno mandato un paio di occhiali. li ho tempestato di mail con tutti gli insulti possibili. mi offrivano il rimborso del 40 % ho rifiutato. mi hanno rimborsato tutto. adesso mi mandano una mail dicendo che ho la loro merce e devo pagare se no mi mandano un legale cosa faccio? grazie

Hello, aliexpress sent me a package from April 11, 2021 and the shipment was a little slow but there were movements but since it arrived in my country on May 25 there has been no exchange rate and it is almost going to be the month. What can I do to know if my package is okay and make it possible for it to continue in transit.

Hola, de igual manera me estafaron pedí unas zapatillas y me llegaron unas gafas, yo creo que este tipo de suceso debería de tener un seguimiento por un ente internacional o el FBI para saber quien lo hace y poder ponerle freno a este fraude.

If you contact your credit card carrier or Bank and tell them there was a fraudulent transaction via the purchase you made they will refund your money! Dead serious you generally have 30 days to do this, but some banks and credit card carriers understand ordering from China and give you 60 days or more just tell them the truth about what happened!;-) wink wink, if you get what I'm saying tell them it wasnt a charge you had made yourself! But don't make a habit of it!
