Changing the address

I would like to ask if changing the address of the parcel under tracking number RE874950058SE since the sending address is no longer valid. If yes, how should I pass the address to you for follow up? Thanks.

The package is already in China now. We are sorry that we couldn't change it for you. We only provide free tracking service. You need to let the receiver in China contact China Post to change the address. Other people couldn't change it for you.

Hi. Please can you help me? I posted a parcel to China with the following tracking number: RU834277126GB.

China Post have attempted to deliver it several times but I think the address is wrong (the recipient gave me the wrong details).

Is there a way of changing the address details so it can go to the correct address and not be sent back to the UK?
