sender 's russian post said the.parcel has been forwarded to china. but china post said did not receive. what to do?

Hi peter,

It arrived in China on Sep.11. You need to let the receiver call China Post service number 11183 to check what happens to it as soon as possible.

i am the receiver... 11183 said that the china side has no update since 15 august...and did not receive from Russia.
Can you please help me... can you call me on china mobile?
