Can’t track my package

Can’t track my package with tracking number - LR086711019CN. Seller says that they handed it over to the postal service and it might be lost. They confirmed that the tracking id is correct. Is there any chance it can still be on the way?

Hi DS,

There is no tracking information for it. If the seller has handed it over to the postal service and there is no tracking information for it, it should have been lost by China Post. In this case, you need to require the seller send one again to you or require a refund from the seller.
