cant find tracking info and parcel not arrived

Hi Tracking # LX350566145CN I am unable to find any information on this. The two items were purchased on 24th of May 2017 I have not received them. Please can you assist

Hi debbie,

It was shipped by the seller on June 2 and sent to customs on July 11. There is no more information after it. I think it didn't pass the customs the check. Better contact the seller about this. If you couldn't get it within two months, better ask your money back.
