Cant find sender says its send

And the seller said that its send and gave me this track
LV731178912CN But i still cant find it after 10 day

Hi Rico,

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
