I cannot find my parcel at my destination after more than 2 months. can you please help to track and get it arrived asap.

My package was apparently delivered (AM509834938CN) on October 7 @ 00:07. I have not received it. Can you please follow-up to where it is.

Parcel LP074974450CN not moving for 16 days. (1 reply)

Hi,
My parcel LP074974450CN purportedly “arrived at the destination” since 5 June. Country/Destination code reflected in the tracking is “KE”. Where is this place? The destination country should be SG, Singapore. Since 5 June, the parcel has not moved. Pls help me find out what happened. Why was my parcel mistakenly sent to this destination “KE” and stopped moving after that?

Hi there
I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me? I ordered a parcel off of Ebay in Dec last year. It should have arrived two months ago already, but still nothing.
When I track the parcel it states that it is in "South Africa, Arrived at destination country airport" and it hasn't moved since the 3rd of Jan. I've phoned mailing centres, customs, sars, sappo, but can't reach anyone who is able to assist. I don't want to lose my parcel but I have no idea where it is or how to find it and when asking the seller, I get very little helpful feedback. Any suggestions or similar experiences?
