Hi Jason,

I think your parcel has been lost on the way to UK. It left China on July 19 and there is no further information for it to show it reaches UK. In general, a parcel sent by China Post should be arrived within two months. You'd better contact the sender to contact China Post (call 11183) to make sure if it's lost.
