Hi Thea,

It's delivered by Austrlia Post. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and ask the tracking number for Austrlia post. Then, use the tracking number to contact Asutralia Post to ask where to pick up. If you couldn't receive it at last, you need to ask for refund from the seller in time.

I send my package to 27/P, B Wing, Windows Building Huaqiangbei Road, Futian District Shenzhen Guangdong, 518010 China in 3/3/15 and I received it back on 6/24/15 a notice was given to pick up the package, but nobody have pick up the package which was more than 15 days, so it came back to me. I am just trying to find out why this package wasn't pick up.
