Can't figure out the exact status of my package

My tracking ID is RG013010430CN , While tracking it showed that the status of my package at Zhengzhou regional sorting centre had the remark ' security check returned ' and now it is at Beijing air mail terminal transportation workshop ( via transfer ) , is my package stuck , being sent back to the seller or is it in normal procedure for export now , I'm confused . Can you please check and update me on what's going on
