Cannot track my package. Keeps saying to put in correct format.

Have a tracking number on a package shipped April 15 via China Post EMS. whenever I put in the tracking number provided it says to enter in correct format. no wghere can I find what the correct format is. The tracking number is 9361289682091178467021. Can you tell me where this package is.

Thank you for your quick reply, I guess some porch "pirates" must have saw the package and taken it. That is the first time that has happened to me. I guess it's my loss.
It's not a China Post EMS tracking number. It's a USPS tracking number. Here is the tracking information for it:
