Cannot find the Chinese vendor

I made an order for Scott toilet tissue and a company from China illustrated a package with a similar logo as Scott Tissue. I received the order and found twenty rolls of tissue without a center hole. There was no tracking information in the package and no return label. this company has vanished and the only thing I have to go on is that it was shipped VIA xi'an EMS

Sorry, we couldn't find out whom do you make the order from. If you can't contact the company, you can only keep them and buy from another seller.
