Hi,
Can you cancel package LV995110290CN and return to sender because they sent me a package by mistake. The package is still being pre-declared in China.

Sorry, we are only a tracking platform. You need to contact the seller to require China Post to cancel it.

Hi,
I hope all is well.
I have a package with tracking # LY266125094CN by China Post. The package is currently in China. I need the package to be canceled and returned to sender (no one will be accepting the package at the final destination in US). Amazon Seller MOCOHANA is aware and approved cancellation and returning package. Hoping to avoid the package being sent to the US (making return difficult).

Current Status: Origin Post is Preparing Shipment -> We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece.
