Cancel Delivery & Return to Sender

Hi,
I hope all is well.
I have a package with tracking # LY266125094CN by China Post. The package is currently in China. I need the package to be canceled and returned to sender (no one will be accepting the package at the final destination in US). Amazon Seller MOCOHANA is aware and approved cancellation and returning package. Hoping to avoid the package being sent to the US (making return difficult).
Current Status: Origin Post is Preparing Shipment -> We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece.

To my experience, it couldn't be cancelled once it's shipped. You can only refuse to receive it and require to return back when it's delivered. You'd better contact the seller to confirm it will not be sent to the US.
