How do I cancel the delivery of an item? I have the tracking # but no way to get in touch with support via a chat - so I'm reaching out via this email. Please reply with how I can cancel the delivery of this item.

Hi,
I hope all is well.
I have a package with tracking # LY266125094CN by China Post. The package is currently in China. I need the package to be canceled and returned to sender (no one will be accepting the package at the final destination in US). Amazon Seller MOCOHANA is aware and approved cancellation and returning package. Hoping to avoid the package being sent to the US (making return difficult).

Current Status: Origin Post is Preparing Shipment -> We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece.
